1. 接受条款
下载、安装或使用快贝，创建账户，购买套餐，或开启 VPN 连接，即表示您已阅读并同意本用户协议及隐私协议。不同意时请停止使用并卸载应用。
2. 服务内容
快贝提供账户管理、套餐和试用信息展示、网络连接、连接状态和流量统计等功能。服务的可用性、速度和延迟会受网络环境、设备、运营商及服务状态影响。
3. iOS 连接授权
在 iOS 上，开启连接会请求系统 VPN 权限。您确认后，iOS 会建立系统 VPN 连接；不需要手动配置额外通道。您可随时在应用或系统 VPN 设置中停止连接。
4. 账户、试用与套餐
您应提供真实、有效的信息并妥善保管凭据，对账户活动负责。试用时长、每日额度、套餐内容、设备限制和到期时间以应用及账户页面显示为准。购买、续费、退款和支付由购买页面及相应支付渠道规则共同约束；如通过 Apple In-App Purchase 购买，则以 Apple 的付款和退款规则为准。若某套餐属于自动续订订阅，订阅会按购买页面显示的周期自动续订，除非您在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时通过 Apple ID 的订阅设置取消；退款申请须按照 Apple 的退款流程提交。
5. 合法使用与禁止行为
您只能在遵守适用法律、网络服务商规则、Apple 条款及第三方服务条款的前提下使用快贝。禁止利用快贝从事违法活动、攻击、扫描、欺诈、传播恶意软件、侵犯知识产权或隐私、规避访问控制、干扰服务或损害他人网络。我们可以在发现安全风险或违法要求时限制相关账户或连接。
6. 网络和安全风险
代理连接不能保证匿名、持续可用或适用于所有网站和服务。连接可能因系统权限、网络中断、服务故障、运营商策略或第三方变化而失败。请在重要操作前确认应用显示的连接状态，不要将快贝作为唯一的安全、备份或应急通信手段。
7. 第三方服务
登录、订阅、连接服务、支付、数据处理、客服和网站可能由第三方服务支持。第三方服务受其自身条款和隐私政策约束；第三方故障、政策变化或不可控网络事件不视为快贝保证的服务内容。
8. 知识产权与反馈
快贝客户端、界面、商标、文档和相关内容的权利归快贝或许可方所有。除法律允许或我们书面授权外，不得复制、修改、反向工程、出租、出售或重新分发。您提交的改进建议可供我们用于改进服务，不影响您对自身反馈中原有权利的保留。
9. 服务变更、暂停与终止
我们可以因维护、安全、法律、供应商或产品调整更新、暂停或终止部分服务，并会在合理范围内提供提示。您可以随时停止 VPN、退出账户并卸载应用；终止不影响已产生的付款、责任或争议处理条款。
10. 责任范围
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，快贝不对间接损失、数据丢失、业务中断、第三方服务或不可控网络事件造成的损失承担责任。本条不排除法律不得排除的责任。
11. 协议更新与联系
我们会在功能、法律或安全要求变化时更新本协议，并在应用内显示新的生效日期。问题、退款协助和协议请求请通过“我的”页面的官方网站或工单入口提交。
Terms of Use
Effective date: September 12, 2026
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using KuaiBei, creating an account, purchasing a plan, or starting a VPN connection, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. Stop using and uninstall the app if you do not agree.
2. Service
KuaiBei provides account management, plan and trial information, network connections, connection status, and traffic statistics. Availability, speed, and latency depend on network conditions, your device, your carrier, and service status.
3. iOS connection authorization
On iOS, starting a connection requests system VPN permission. After you approve it, iOS establishes the system VPN connection; no extra channel needs to be configured manually. You can stop the connection in the app or in iOS VPN Settings.
4. Accounts, trials, and plans
Provide accurate information and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. Trial duration, daily quota, plan contents, device limits, and expiration are shown in the app and account pages. Purchases, renewals, refunds, and payment follow the purchase page and the applicable payment provider rules. If a purchase is made through Apple In-App Purchase, Apple’s payment and refund terms apply. If a plan is an auto-renewing subscription, it renews for the period shown on the purchase page unless you cancel it in Apple ID subscription settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends; refund requests must follow Apple’s refund process.
5. Lawful use and prohibited conduct
Use KuaiBei only in compliance with applicable law, carrier rules, Apple terms, and third-party terms. Do not use it for illegal activity, attacks, scanning, fraud, malware distribution, infringement of intellectual property or privacy, bypassing access controls, interfering with the service, or harming another network. We may restrict an account or connection when necessary to address security risks or legal requirements.
6. Network and security risks
Proxy connections do not guarantee anonymity, uninterrupted availability, or compatibility with every website or service. Connections can fail because of permissions, outages, service failures, carrier policies, or third-party changes. Check the connection status before important activity and do not rely on KuaiBei as your only security, backup, or emergency communications method.
7. Third-party services
Sign-in, subscriptions, connection services, payments, data processing, support, and websites may be provided by third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. Third-party failures, policy changes, and uncontrollable network events are outside KuaiBei’s service guarantee.
8. Intellectual property and feedback
KuaiBei’s client, interface, trademarks, documentation, and related content belong to KuaiBei or its licensors. Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, rent, sell, or redistribute them except as permitted by law or with written authorization. Suggestions you submit may be used to improve the service; this does not transfer your pre-existing rights in the feedback.
9. Changes, suspension, and termination
We may update, suspend, or end parts of the service for maintenance, security, legal, supplier, or product reasons and will provide notice where reasonable. You may stop the VPN, sign out, and uninstall at any time. Termination does not affect accrued payment obligations, responsibilities, or dispute provisions.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KuaiBei is not liable for indirect loss, data loss, business interruption, third-party services, or uncontrollable network events. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Updates and contact
We may update these Terms when features, law, or security requirements change and will show a new effective date in the app. Submit questions, refund assistance, and agreement requests through the official website or ticket entry in “My”.
