Open it for the first time
Read the data notice, choose whether to consent, and allow the system network and VPN permissions if you want to connect.
Choose a location
After signing in, open location selection and choose an available country and node. You do not need to purchase access.
Still cannot connect
Close the current connection and open the client again. If the issue continues, record the device, version, and time before contacting support through Feedback in the app.
Is SteadyLink VPN free?
Yes. The current service is free for all users and is not a payment-required trial. There are no paid features, paid subscriptions, in-app purchases, renewal charges, or purchases through our website or support team.
Will I be charged later?
This version does not collect payment information or enroll you in a paid subscription. If paid features are introduced in the future, they will require an updated app with clear pricing and updated terms. Digital purchases in the iOS app will use Apple’s in-app purchase system as required.
